" The Health and Safety management module allows accessibility
for all staff to be provided with corporate information and also allows
them to find H&S information in an easy uncomplicated manner. At
any time they can search the system for H&S information and also
input and update relevant H&S information i.e. Risk assessments,
COSHH, inspections etc. The News and GBC update area allow staff to
be made aware of latest GBC or national H&S information, H&S
changes or events that be of interest, also union health and safety
interests."

"to lead and operate any business successfully, it is necessary
to direct and control it in a systematic and transparent manner. SC
enabled us to create a system which provided such transparency of management
information together with high speed access. This was achieved through
the development of a paperless environment available to every employee
via a PC. Navigation between the management strategy, process descriptions,
work instructions and all performance measures being achieved through
the simple click of a mouse"
Chris Sibley,
contracted Health & Safety Advisor to Raymarine Limited
"With Raymarine’s commitment to constantly improve its
processes it has become a world leader in the market place, therefore
it was a natural progression for the Health and Safety department to
install a Structural Concepts Occupational Health and Safety System.
The ability of the system to accommodate Raymarine’s Health and
Safety Culture was paramount, as the company did not want to buy something
it already had.
Its intuitive design has enabled users to build the system creating
a buy in from all parties responsible for its up keep
It has grown at a pace governed by Raymarine, which has been of great
benefit when there are resource restraints.
“The efficiency of Health and Safety personnel has increased considerably
due to the system storing every aspect of Health and Safety in a single
location”.
Cant imagine ever going back to the multiple location paper system that
we came from, where different issues of forms where being used and risk
assessments where stored in so many locations we could never keep up
with the additional actions and persons responsible."
